Acceptance of Terms. By using https://handyman1coronaca.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes TV Mounting Service, Drywall Repair, Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Deck Building, Door Installation, Window Installation, Hardwood Flooring Installation provided by Handyman #1 Corona. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Handyman #1 Corona (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Handyman #1 Corona reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Handyman #1 Corona does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Handyman #1 Corona's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Handyman #1 Corona from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Handyman #1 Corona reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
